Sports Physicals

Couch R-I's Health Practitioner, Amelia Crowder, is excited to announce Couch School will be hosting free sports physicals for any Couch student on Fri., Aug. 1, 2025 in the Nurse's Office. Sports physicals will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please click on the signup genius link below to schedule a physical. Physical forms can be found in the high school office. This will be the only time we have free sports physicals at our school.
