Federal Notification of Students Rights
Parents and students over 18 are notified annually of student rights according to the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB.) This notification addresses federal laws protecting pupil rights, the privacy of student educational records, disclosure of directory information and access to student information by military or college recruiters. Please contact the school if you have questions.
Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP)
Parents have the right to have students educated virtually, through MOCAP, ACELLUS, or direct with our School District. 220 Missouri schools use ACELLUS, and many schools have their own virtual learning system, like we have at Couch. You will be able to get our courses online during the COVID-19 era, if you choose to have your students educated outside of the normal classroom setting.
